About The Role
* Plan, create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
* Develop and implement a social media content calendar aligned with brand values
* Manage community engagement - respond to queries, comments, and feedback, ensuring tone of voice is consistent
* Drive outreach and build relationships with online audiences
* Expand presence on TikTok, including setting up and running TikTok Shop
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team and in-store colleagues to capture authentic, creative content
* Analyse performance metrics, share insights, and make recommendations for optimisation
About You
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience managing social media for a brand
* Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
* Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
* Confident using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite)
* Creative, proactive, and comfortable planning as well as executing content
* Experience with TikTok and TikTok Shop setup is desirable.
* Passionate about organic living, sustainability, and wellness.
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
