Vehicle Warranty Administrator required in Exeter

Our client, a privately owned car dealer group established across the Southwest, require an experienced Vehicle Warranty Administrator to work from their Exeter location
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager and working as part of a friendly administration, your key duties as a Warranty Administrator shall include:
4. Preparing all warranty claims for submission to manufacturers for payment.
5. Checking and clearing weekly statements and querying any overdue claims not paid or any discrepancies in payments.
6. Ensuring all documentation falls in line with manufacturers' guidelines.
7. Preparing invoices and warranty claims accurately in accordance with manufacturers' and departmental standards with regard to claim deals and administration of open time, clockings and job card write-ups.
8. Ensuring repair order documentation is fully and correctly completed.
9. Ensuring all policy claims are quickly dealt with and the customer reimbursements are correct.
10. Maintaining high standards of control over displaced material returned to manufacturers.
11. Accurately reconciling warranty credits and correctly administering discrepancies.
In order to be eligible you will ideally live in the Exeter region and must have previous warranty administration experience. Overall you will have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle conflicting demands whilst able to identify priorities in a highly demanding environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues are also a must as well as IT literacy (experience with Kerridge/Keyloop would be highly desirable) and excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
