Social Network Manager / CRM and Social Media Manager
We are seeking a CRM and Social Media Manager for a luxury tour operator based in central London. The role can be office-based, hybrid, or home-based. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, preferably for a luxury company, is essential. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the company's email marketing program and social media activities.
2. Report directly to the Head of Marketing.
3. Develop and define the organic social media content strategy.
4. Monitor and report on KPIs.
Required Skills
1. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel sector, ideally luxury travel.
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
3. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
