Job Description
My client is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their exceptional Health, Corporate and Performance team (selling into professional sports clubs, universities, NHS, Military, private businesses etc) with a patch spanning the Midlands. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach, strong relationship building skills as well as the hunger and passion needed to upsell and develop new business. The Health, Corporate and Performance sector thrives off providing the utmost customer experience and our solutions enable the team to provide the clientele with the premium and luxury experience they seek. As a Sales Account Manager - Sport, you will:
3. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across your Midlands Territory
4. Account Management - Manage a number of high-end accounts across professional sports clubs, universities, NHS, Military and private businesses
5. New Business - scope out new business opportunities across your Midlands territory
6. Create and present CAD visuals to clients (full training provided)
7. Manage your market and pipeline in line with sales productivity standards
8. Stay up to date as a product and solutions expert
9. Deliver a premium customer experience, including attending key installations
10. Work with finance to support proactive credit collection
11. Maintain accurate CRM and quotation data
12. Lead weekly pipeline reviews to drive conversion and forecast accuracy
13. Monitor and report on market, segment, and territory trends.

15. Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions

25. You will be based in the Midlands (Birmingham, Nottingham, Leicester area) and be happy to travel to meet customers across your Midlands patch.
