InFocus Media Lab is a boutique video marketing agency based in Greater Boston, specializing in high-end real estate and corporate content. With over 15 years of experience in video production, marketing, and project management, we combine creative strategy with cinematic visuals to make brands and properties unforgettable. From pre-production market research to final edits, we deliver premium content that helps our clients stand out.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a visually-driven, organized, and motivated photographer/videographer to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll be capturing striking, cinematic content for some of the most exclusive real estate and development projects in the region. Beyond luxury real estate, our work also spans corporate branding, life sciences, and event content, so versatility and a strategic creative eye are key.

This is more than just a shoot-and-edit gig. It’s an opportunity to grow with a specialized studio that values artistry, professionalism, and long-term collaboration.

Shoots take place throughout the Greater Boston area, but editing can be done remotely.

What You’ll Do:

* Capture high-end architectural photography and cinematic video content.
* Tell the visual story of each space through engaging content tailored to luxury audiences — from web to social media.
* Edit content in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Lightroom, and Photoshop with a cinematic and detail-oriented approach.
* Collaborate directly with clients and internal team members to uphold a premium visual standard.
* Maintain a flexible, fast-moving schedule while consistently meeting deadlines.

What You Bring:

* Proven Experience in photography and videography.
* Experience in Real Estate highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of composition, and light.
* Knowledge of branding principles and how to align visuals with a client’s identity.
* A proactive mindset, you’re reliable, coachable, and communicate clearly.
* Comfort working solo, yet highly collaborative when needed.
* Solid time management, juggling multiple shoots and edits is second nature.
* Drone license (FAA Part 107) preferred, or willingness to obtain it.
* Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
* Kind, client-friendly attitude, you know how to make others feel at ease on set.

Why This Role Stands Out:

* You’ll be trained by seasoned pros in high-end branding and visual storytelling.
* Work with multimillion-dollar homes and notable corporate clients.
* Gain hands-on experience in cinematic, architecture-forward content.
* Enjoy a flexible schedule and a path to grow creatively and professionally.
* All professional gear and software provided — just bring your talent.
* Be part of a supportive, values-driven team that cares about quality, growth, and client satisfaction.
