In this role, you will support the technical transfer of new and existing upstream (USP) or downstream (DSP) processes into our pilot facility, helping ensure smooth scale‑up towards cGMP manufacturing.

Responsibilities
* Prepare process descriptions, batch records and raw material lists for USP or DSP operations.
* Support pilot‑scale batch execution by planning and managing daily tasks.
* Operate plant equipment and basic analytical technologies following defined processes.
* Ensure transfer documentation is accurate and maintained to meet project timelines.
* Identify trends and resolve routine process issues with guidance from senior colleagues.
* Compile and analyse batch data to create clear process summary reports for customers.
* Support EHS protocol execution and help improve pilot operations through on‑the‑job learning.
What we are looking for
* A BSc in Biological science or biochemical engineering discipline
* Interest in analytical techniques in upstream or downstream bioprocessing.
* Ability to interpret numerical data and prepare clear technical documentation.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
