We are scaling our business and seeking a Sales and Business Development Professional to build our territory!
This person will report to the Global Director of Business Development and will develop a sales strategy to acquire customers and generate revenue within the large legal market across the UK. The role involves managing work outcomes proactively and collaborating across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth within the UK top 50 legal market.
* Prospect and cultivate new clients; manage the pipeline and sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
* Meet and exceed sales quotas, focusing on client account management, retention, and up-selling opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the legal industry.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services.
* Update and maintain the CRM system accurately.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience selling technical professional services to large law firms and legal departments.
* Understanding of legal technology business drivers.
* Strong background in due diligence and deal structuring.
* Experience developing a sales territory plan.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Comfort working with senior organizational leaders (CIO, CFO, Managing Partners).
* Existing contacts in the legal industry.
