Role responsibilities
Building a strong understanding of our clients' businesses and audiences
* Taking the time to learn what each client does, who their audience is and what they're trying to achieve
* Bringing audience insight and sector awareness into your thinking and your work
* Asking smart questions so briefs are well understood before work begins
* Acting as a key day-to-day contact for clients, supporting the Head of Department and Account Director
* Building trusted, easy working relationships with client teams
* Keeping clients informed, on track, and confident in what's happening and why
Delivering excellent, creatively ambitious work for our clients
* Planning and delivering PR and social media campaigns, content and activity
* Taking briefs from clients and developing engaging, well-judged creative responses
* Pushing for braver, sharper, more distinctive ideas rather than safe defaults
* Writing varied, compelling and engaging content across press and social
* Analyzing and evaluating results, monitoring effectiveness, performance and ROI
* Keeping work moving with a progress‑over‑process mindset
Helping maintain a financially healthy client relationship
* Strong account and project management across multiple workstreams
* Judging creative ideas on factual accuracy and relevance to the brief
* Progressing work across the agency and liaising with multiple teams to deliver projects on time and on budget
* Being commercially aware; flagging risks, scope changes and opportunities early
Integrating AI tools into how we plan, create and deliver work
* Using AI confidently in day-to-day workflows; research, ideation, drafting, analysis and reporting
* Identifying where AI can save time, sharpen thinking or improve the quality of output
* Applying sound judgement on when AI helps and when human craft is essential
* Staying current with the AI tools and techniques shaping PR, social and content
Being a part of a strong agency culture
* Collaborating with colleagues across the agency to deliver integrated solutions
* Supporting new business pitches

Knowledge, experience and skills needed
* Solid agency-side experience in PR, social media and influencer marketing
* Genuine curiosity about client businesses and audiences
* Creative ambition; a real appetite for braver, sharper, more distinctive work
* A progress‑over‑process mindset; comfortable making decisions and keeping work moving
* Confident, hands‑on experience using AI tools as part of a working PR, social or content workflow
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Creative thinker, able to write varied, compelling and engaging content
* Ideally experience across both B2B and B2C clients
* Media relations experience beneficial
* Confidence and credibility when dealing with clients, media, press and influencers
* Organised and efficient, capable of handling multiple projects at once
* Commercially aware, with a good grasp of timelines, budgets and quality
* Proactive approach to continuing professional development
