The Role:

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to two senior Directors. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth running of their professional lives, with a particular emphasis on navigating the complexities of a regulated financial environment. Your ability to manage sensitive information, understand compliance deadlines, and operate with the utmost professionalism will be key to your success.


Key Responsibilities:

* Proactive and sophisticated management of complex diaries, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and anticipating scheduling conflicts.
* A core part of this role involves providing dedicated support within a compliance setting. This includes:
o Assisting with the preparation and formatting of reports for the FCA and other regulatory bodies.
o Helping to track and manage compliance deadlines, training records, and regulatory correspondence.
o Preparing documentation for internal compliance committees and meetings.
* Organising and preparing for high-level meetings, including agenda creation, collating and distributing papers, and arranging video/conference calls. Taking accurate minutes and tracking actions where required.
* Acting as a first point of contact, handling communications with tact and diplomacy. Liaising confidently with clients, senior management, and regulatory contacts.
* Arranging complex domestic and international travel itineraries and processing expenses in a timely manner.
* Providing ad-hoc administrative support on key business projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.


Your Skills & Experience:

To excel in this role, you will be an accomplished PA with a proven track record in a demanding and professional environment.

* Proven experience as a PA or Senior Administrator supporting at Director-level or above.
* Direct experience working within an FCA-regulated environment (Financial Services).
* Previous experience supporting a director or team in a compliance‑related setting is essential. You must understand the importance of confidentiality and regulatory deadlines.
* Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
* Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest standard.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
* Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
* A professional, discreet, and resilient demeanour.
