Content With Purpose (CWP) is seeking a highly organised and intellectually curious Series Development Researcher to join our growing team. This is a part-time office position that would suit an graduate, early career professional or someone with more experience, looking to gain skills and experience in a hugely rewarding role, with an innovative and purpose-driven production company, that provides opportunities for career progression. Applicants must be able to commute to our office location in Tring.
In this position, you’ll play a key role in shaping our digital film series by laying the research foundations — exploring a range of industries and sectors, and identifying the people and organisations driving sustainable progress across the globe.

The Role
As a Series Development Researcher, you’ll work at the heart of our development process. Your research will inform the direction of each series, helping our team identify key themes, compelling narratives, and the most exciting contributors.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting in-depth industry research to identify emerging issues, trends and opportunities across diverse sectors
* Mapping potential partners and contributors across government, academia, corporates, NGOs, and start-ups
* Identifying relevant lead contacts using online tools (e.g. LinkedIn, company websites)
* Maintaining and updating our CRM and internal tracking systems with clear, accurate notes
* Supporting project outreach and appointment booking
* Creating weekly reports to track progress and identify new opportunities
* Participating in weekly sales meetings and collaborating closely with our production team to recommend contributors
* Assist in preparing development materials, including pitch decks and contributor briefs
* Ensure factual accuracy and uphold CWP values and standards in all research outputs

* Negotiable basic salary
* Monthly commission based on research that leads to successful partnerships (typically adds £4K–£6K in year one, rising to £8K–£10K in year two)
