WHAT WILL YOU GET UP TO
* Proactively establishing new prospects, contacting, and converting them into new business.
* Responding to and following up on sales inquiries.
* Developing and maintaining existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaison with Group Sales Executive and reservations team.
* Carrying out market research and competitor surveys as required.
* Working with the Hotel GM, Head of CEH Sales and Delivery, Sales Manager (Conference and Events), Business Development, and Marketing team to compile the annual hotel sales and marketing plan.
* Collaborating with the Hotel GM, Head of CEH Sales and Delivery, and Business Development team to analyze monthly departmental sales against budget and key account management strategy.
* Attending and contributing to the Daily Detail meeting, Revenue meetings, Team Meeting, Sales Meeting, Commercial review, and Business Review meeting.
* Producing monthly reports for management on sales activities.
* Developing and maintaining a client and prospective client database, following company standards.
Your DNA:
* Experience in hotel sales.
* A proven track record of leading and supporting a team.
* A customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
* A passion for great service and hospitality.
* Experience in cross-department collaboration to ensure the highest level of customer experience.
