You will support our teams in managing their workloads in line with the Care Act, providing advice, guidance, and supervision to maintain high professional standards and develop staff.
As a Practice Manager, you will model and utilize reflective skills to enhance practice. Our Social Workers support people in developing creative solutions to meet their outcomes.
We deliver high-quality, person-centered social care for adults, aiming to support individuals to improve and transform their lives daily through our talented teams.

You will have:
* A professional Social Work qualification and PQ Award with significant post-qualifying experience
* Practice educator, Best Interest Assessor, or Approved Mental Health Professional qualifications
* Previous managerial or practice lead experience
* Knowledge of current legislation and statutory requirements
* Ability to support assessment and care of vulnerable adults
* Skills in coaching, mentoring, and motivating staff
* Commitment to research, innovation, and improving service delivery
* Ability to challenge practice constructively and promote positive change
* Leadership qualities to motivate staff through change
* Confidence, enthusiasm, sensitivity, and resilience
* A self-motivated passion to improve adult social care
* Stress management skills
