1. Location: Croydon, South London
2. Salary: £32,000 (DOE)
3. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (40 hours/week) – Weekends Free!

Perfect Placement, the UK’s leading Automotive Recruitment Consultancy, is excited to partner with our client, a Specialist Car Garage in Croydon, to recruit a Parts Advisor / Customer Bookings / Service Administrator. Join a ever evolving car industry team in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service to customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
5. Manage parts orders, credits, and returns with precision.
6. Handle customer bookings and service administration efficiently.
7. Liaise with vehicle technicians, service advisors and customers to resolve queries.
8. Provide excellent customer service via phone and in-person.
9. Use Dealer Management Systems (DMS) to support operations.
10. Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth workflow.
What You’ll Bring:
11. Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
12. Strong knowledge of automotive parts, ideally from a garage/dealership setting.
13. Excellent phone and communication skills.
14. Computer literacy, with DMS experience (e.g., Kerridge or Pinnacle) a bonus.
15. Team-oriented mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction.
16. Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
