We are seeking a dedicated and skilled SEND professional, who has proven experience in EYFS and understands therapeutic practice. You will: Lead, deliver and support EYFS learning tailored to individual EHCP outcomes. Create and maintain a therapeutic classroom environment that promotes regulation, safety and engagement. Use Therapeutic Thinking approaches to understand and support behaviour, fostering resilience and personal development. Work closely with families, teaching staff, teaching assistants, therapists and external agencies to ensure holistic support for each young person. The person You will: Be a qualified teacher (QTS or EYFS) Have successful teaching experience working with EYFS pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.
