Are you a confident and experienced veterinary surgeon who thrives in leading a small team? Do you have a passion for shaping the future of a practice? Medivet Three Bridges is seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our dedicated team and support the ongoing growth of the branch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced veterinary surgeon, ideally with 5+ years of UK experience, to step into a pivotal role leading a practice, training, coaching, and supporting the existing team.
You will work alongside a friendly team, helping to coordinate clinical workflow, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the strategic direction of the branch. Excellent time management and a proactive, collaborative approach to team leadership are essential. The current team includes a 2-year qualified vet, a Head Nurse, 2 RVNs, and 2 SVNs, along with a CCA.
Three Bridges is located near Crawley town centre, in a lovely residential area. It is walkable, family-friendly, and welcoming, with a strong community feel and easy access to shops, parks, and green spaces. Nearby Goffs Park and Tilgate Park offer lakes, playgrounds, nature walks, and wildlife, ideal for family outings, with convenient access to Brighton, London, and Gatwick Airport.
The practice is equipped with standard community branch facilities, close to the Faygate 24-hour hospital.
If you're ready to lead a passionate, close-knit team in a community practice, with the autonomy to make a real impact on clinical standards and team culture, we would love to hear from you.
