Job Description
3. Prepare and consolidate financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
4. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently and accurately.
5. Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
6. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the group.
7. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
8. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
9. Provide support in financial reporting and management accounts preparation.
10. Work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial information.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Group Accountant should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
12. Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
13. Previous experience in group accounting or financial consolidation.
