Job Description Private Client Paralegal

In this role, you will support Solicitors and Legal Executives in delivering high-quality legal services to individuals and families. You will handle a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, and trusts.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Managing new client enquiries and opening case files
Assisting in drafting legal documents such as Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust Deeds, Probate applications, and Estate Accounts
Regularly communicating with clients and third parties, providing updates and advice
Conducting legal research and assisting with client queries
Keeping client records accurate and up to date
Providing general administrative support to fee earners
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Previous Paralegal experience in private client law, with knowledge of relevant legal processes and terminology (e.g., probate, wills, and trusts)
