Academics is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded and well-established private nursery in Kensington & Chelsea, currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated Nursery Manager to join their exceptional team from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a thriving nursery setting that is recognised for its outstanding care, child-led learning approach, and welcoming family atmosphere. The nursery offers a beautifully resourced environment, a supportive leadership structure, and a strong emphasis on creating positive experiences for both children and staff.

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of the nursery, maintaining exceptional standards of care and education, supporting staff development, and building strong relationships with families and the wider community.

Role Details:

* Full-time, Permanent Position
* September 2026 Start
* Location: Kensington & Chelsea, London
* Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
* Hours: 42 hours per week
* All-year-round nursery

The Successful Nursery Manager Will:

* Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years/Childcare
* Have previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership role within Early Years
* Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
* Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional standards of care and education
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
* Be organised, proactive, passionate, and committed to early childhood development
