This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality children’s social care, supporting connected carers and children placed in kinship arrangements. The Role: You will manage a caseload under appropriate supervision, using evidence-based analytical practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate safeguarding measures. You will complete assessments for Special Guardianship, Viability, and Connected Carers, ensuring all reports are submitted to Court or Fostering Panel on time. You will attend relevant panels and forums, maintain accurate records, and coordinate multi-professional meetings. Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver social work interventions with children, families, and carers using a strengths-based approach.
