We Are a Housing Association In North Belfast Providing Affordable Quality Housing To Those In Need. We Have Recently Expanded Our Operations In Belfast To Over 1100 Properties And We Currently Employ 50 Staff. We Wish To Recruit Suitably Qualified Persons For The Following Positions.
FULL TIME HOUSING OFFICER: 2 posts (Ref: HO/09/25)
Reporting to the Housing Manager, the jobholder will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of housing management operation including allocations, rent and void management, antisocial behaviour and assist the Association to achieve its core aims and objectives.
Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Housing Manager, the jobholder will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of housing management operation including allocations, rent and void management, antisocial behaviour and assist the Association to achieve its core aims and objectives.
Qualifications
* 3rd level education or equivalent OR a minimum of 2 years experience within the last 7 years in a similar role
* A minimum of 1-year experience within the last 5 years in a similar role
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Computer Literacy: A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook

* Salary £34,434 – £39,862
