The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide targeted 1:1 and small group support, assist in-class learning, and work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO. The role involves supporting pupils academically, emotionally, and socially to ensure they can fully participate in school life. You will help pupils with focus, engagement, behaviour, and independence, implementing strategies from EHCPs and SEN support plans. You will also support social skills and provide pastoral care when needed.
