A well-regarded primary school in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, rated GOOD by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join their team on a maternity contract. Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the curriculum.
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal development of all students.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting achievable targets.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and well-being.
*Maintain accurate records of student progress and attainment.
*Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
*Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
*Excellent classroom management skills.
*Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Commitment to the school's ethos and values.
