An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Manager to oversee the lettings department of a highly regarded independent agency with offices across Berkshire and Oxfordshire. This is a senior position suited to a confident and personable property professional who can manage and develop the lettings business, lead a team, and build strong relationships with landlords while increasing instructions and overall performance. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing and overseeing the day-to-day running of the lettings department Carrying out market appraisals and valuing rental properties Winning new instructions and increasing the lettings portfolio Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords Leading, motivating, and developing the lettings team Monitoring performance and ensuring targets are achieved Overseeing marketing strategies and property promotion Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures Managing accounts, budgets, and departmental profitability Identifying new business opportunities through networking and prospecting What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Significant experience in residential lettings, ideally at management level Proven track record in valuations and winning new business Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing staff Excellent communication and organisational abilities In-depth understanding of the lettings process and legislation Professional, personable, and confident approach Good IT and administrative skills Ambitious with a focus on achieving results and business growth Local knowledge of Twyford and surrounding areas essential Full UK driving licence required ARLA qualification desirable What's In It For You?
