Field-Based | Full-Time | £30,000 to £35,000 basic | OTE up to £60,000 | Car Allowance | Uncapped Commission
Were recruiting for a field-based Technical Sales Specialist to cover the North of England and Scotland, selling specialist heat transfer and thermal management fluids into a wide range of industrial and engineering-led customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out with customers, developing new business, and managing their own territory. Full product and industry training will be provided.
The Role
* Field-based technical sales position covering North of England & Scotland
* Mixture of new business development and account management
* Visiting customer sites and building long-term relationships
* Selling into engineering, site teams, procurement and buying teams
* Managing your own territory plan and diary
* Providing a consultative, solution-led sales approach
* Negotiating pricing and commercial terms
* Using CRM to track activity, pipeline and forecasts
* Working closely with internal teams to support technical enquiries and deliver customer solutions
What Were Looking For
* Experience in technical sales, field sales, or an engineering-led sales environment
* Confident communicating with engineers and technical stakeholders
* Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative approach
* Commercially aware and motivated by winning new business
* Organised, proactive and able to manage a patch effectively
* Full UK driving licence essential
* Willingness to travel across the North and Scotland
Industry experience is helpful, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Package
* Basic salary: £30,000 to £35,000 (depending on experience)
* Car allowance
* OTE up to £60,000
