Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Investigate production issues and identify true root causes.
2. Document findings and implement actionable improvement plans.
3. Conduct trials to reduce scrap and improve processes.
4. Manage mold orders and new product introductions (20-30 active programs, expected to grow).
5. Review mold designs and collaborate with suppliers.
6. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet timelines and quality standards.
7. Utilize SolidWorks for design review and troubleshooting.

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate:
8. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
9. Injection molding or general molding experience required.
10. Proficiency in SolidWorks.
11. Strong analytical and investigative skills.
12. Excellent communication and organizational abilities for customer and supplier interaction.
