Job Description
This successful, London based hedge fund is looking for a Client and Operations Administrator to take ownership of administration related to their clients, office management, some HR and events. The role is varied and interesting and will include producing monthly reports, updating social media, collecting client information and building presentations, updating the CRM, managing the office for 20 employees, arranging off-sites for clients and staff, onboarding and assisting with recruitment and some HR matters. What you’ll do:
\t
* Manage the production and maintenance of a wide range of marketing materials
\t
* Maintain our social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter and our own website
\t
* Manage our customer relationship management system and ensure our performance is reported to external databases
\t
* Collate information to meet client due diligence enquiries
\t
* Plan both marketing and internal company events
\t
* Select and liaise with contractors and service providers (e.g. cleaners, suppliers, landlord)
\t
* Greet and manage visitors, meetings, and conference calls
\t
* Maintain office supplies, stationery, and kitchen inventory
\t
* Handle access control and issue building passes for joiners, leavers, and guests
\t
* Help onboard new joiners and ensure HR processes and data are up to date
\t
* Prepare job adverts, posting them on the appropriate sites
\t
* Screen CVs, organise interviews, collate feedback with the team
\t
* Track and record staff annual and sick leave

* Have at least 5years of office-based work.
The role requires someone with a good attitude, who is happy to order and collect the weekly lunch orders, meet and greet clients and make a coffee or two. It offers a great culture, with regular social events and a friendly, open plan office. The role requires someone with at least five years’ experience in office support, ideally with some client services experience. They are a serious, successful business and need someone professional, level-headed, team focussed and happy in an office 5 days a week.
