Salary: £130 – £230 per day (Depending on Experience)

GSL Education are actively recruiting enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work in Heybridge and surrounding areas starting in September 2025.
About the Role:
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will be working with schools across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring pupils stay engaged and focused. This is a perfect role for those who love teaching but want flexibility in their schedules.
Primary Supply Teacher Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons based on existing planning
* Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
* Adapt to a variety of school settings and teaching styles
* Encourage and support pupils’ academic and social development
* Report on pupil progress when necessary
* Ensure adherence to school safeguarding policies
To be a Supply Teacher – Primary, the requirements are:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK
* Experience teaching in EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 as a Supply Teacher – Primary
* Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
* Flexible, proactive, and confident in new environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
