NRG is expanding its technology division and we are looking for an experienced IT recruiter who wants to build a high performing desk within a well established and respected North East brand.
This role suits someone who understands the tech market, values long term client partnerships and wants the support of a business with the infrastructure to help them scale.

What you will be doing
* Managing and growing your own IT recruitment desk
* Building relationships with both new and existing clients across the region
* Delivering high quality shortlists across software, infrastructure, cyber, data and digital
* Developing a strong candidate network and maintaining regular engagement
* Working closely with colleagues across the wider business to support cross functional hiring needs
* Providing a professional, well structured recruitment service that reflects the NRG brand
What we are looking for
* Experience in IT or technical recruitment
* A proactive, commercially minded approach to developing your market
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and candidates
* Someone who is organised, resilient and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
* A commitment to delivering a high quality service rather than transactional recruitment
