Job Description
Our client an expanding, independent firm of Chartered Accountants are seeking an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper to join their team in Fareham.
This is an all round role, which has arisen due to growth and will involve dealing with the accounts and bookkeeping for a mixed portfolio of clients, predominantly small to medium sized businesses of various sizes, as well as some Charities.
You will also be involved with VAT, management accounts and tax matters.
You will ideally have at least 2-3 years' accounts and bookkeeping experience gained within practice and have a good understanding of personal and corporate tax and VAT. Study support may be offered for AAT and/or ACCA/ACA if required.
