The Warehouse Operative post within the Production Department is responsible for all packing for shipment functions for the Company.
Key Responsibilities
* Pack for shipment all Goods as required
- Understanding and maintaining the FIFO system of stock
- Manual handling in compliance with company process
- Knowledge of shipping processes with DHL, FedEx, UPS etc.
- Stock management with Bill of Materials
1. Correspondence and liaising with the Sales and Operations Planning team for priority of daily packaging.
2. Data entry to the company ERP for movement of product into stock.
3. Generation of Packing Slips using company ERP
4. Packing all goods, materials and returns to minimise shipping cost and potential damage, referring to relevant specifications.
