What you’ll be doing:
1. Driving a 3.5 tonne van to deliver groceries to our customers' doorsteps, on-time and in great condition.
2. Completing checks to ensure the van is organised, clean, roadworthy, and that delivery cases are secure before getting onto the road to drive safely in various locations and conditions.
3. Serving our customers brilliantly, supporting with any questions and substitutions, and keeping them informed of any delays.
4. Building great knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to help provide recommendations.
5. When not making deliveries, assisting across the store as needed.

3. Happy working in a fast-paced, physical, and high-energy environment, using initiative to solve problems—often independently but also thriving as part of a team.
4. Willing to work flexibly and productively across the store when needed; fully trained in various skills to learn, develop, and try new things.
5. Comfortable learning to use new digital tools and technology, and capable of moving shopping containers weighing up to 15kg.
