An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Improvement (QI) Facilitator to join our QI team. This role involves working closely with frontline staff to make a difference to patients and staff using structured improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the Clinical Lead for QI and the QI Lead to enthuse and guide staff and teams in QI methodology.
* Build capability by delivering QI training.
* Engage with staff and service users to embed QI within the organisation.
* Support improvement projects and align them with the Trust’s strategic objectives.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can motivate and enable others. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to develop and embed QI practices.
