Job Title: Regional Travel Management Company (TMC) Manager
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Dunstable, LU5 5XE, hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (occasional work from Holborn, London possible)
About the Role
We are hiring a Travel Management Company Manager (TMC Manager) at Premier Inn. The role involves managing relationships with TMCs, developing account plans, and achieving growth targets. You will also identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and across the TMC landscape, negotiate contracts, and conduct regular reviews. Additionally, you will represent Premier Inn at trade shows (3-5 per year).
Responsibilities
1. Manage and develop relationships with assigned TMC accounts.
2. Create and implement account plans to meet growth targets.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
4. Negotiate contract renewals and revisions with TMCs.
5. Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews.
6. Prepare monthly reports on account performance.
7. Represent Premier Inn at industry trade shows.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in the travel industry, particularly in relationship management, account management, or sales.
* Comfortable analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Knowledge of business travel developments.
