Roofer – Skilled / Experienced Location: Redditch and surrounding areas Pay Rate: £17.07 – £21.00 per hour (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time, ongoing work Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Roofer to join a growing team working on residential properties across the Redditch area. The role involves installation, maintenance and repair of pitched and flat roofs to a high standard of workmanship. Duties include: * Installing and repairing pitched (tile/shingle) and flat roofing systems * Identifying and fixing leaks, storm damage and general wear * Working safely at heights and using appropriate tools/equipment * Reading and following installation specifications and plans * Delivering work to quality and safety standards Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ roofing experience * Confident working at height and in outdoor conditions * Good knowledge of roofing systems and safe working practices * Ability to work as part of a team and independently * Reliable, punctual and committed to high standards * Full UK driving licence preferred (travel between sites required) Benefits: * Hourly pay: £17.07 – £21.00 (experience dependent) * Weekly pay * Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week * ...
