Ferris UK Ltd – Building Trust, Restoring Homes At Ferris UK, our mission is simple: to bring genuine customer service to the construction industry. We specialise in insurance repair, reinstatement, and restoration projects—helping people put their homes back together after fire, flood, and damage. We're a family-founded and led business with a reputation for doing things the right way. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Repairs Coordinator to support the delivery of our insurance reinstatement projects. This is a key role within our operations team, helping to coordinate repairs, liaise with insurers and customers, and ensure that claims-related works progress smoothly from approval to completion. If you have experience in claims handling, insurance repairs, or property restoration and enjoy coordinating people, processes, and projects, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing: * Coordinating reinstatement and repair works following fire, flood, and other insured events. Managing repair projects in line with insurance claim approvals and scopes of work. * Acting as a key point of contact between customers, insurers, loss adjusters, and our internal teams. * Monitoring progress of repairs and keeping all stakeholders updated throughout the claims process. * Reviewing scopes of work and ensuring repairs are completed in line with insurer requirements and company standards. * Providing excellent customer service to property owners during what is often a stressful time. Supporting the wider operations team with administration, job tracking, and coordination of works. What we're looking for: * Experience in insurance claims handling, property repairs coordination, or construction administration. * Knowledge of insurance reinstatement works following fire, flood, or property damage is highly desirable. * Strong organisational and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. * Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach. * The ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and external businesses and clients * Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and documentation requirements. * Confidence using systems to track jobs, schedules, and communication.
