The role
Test Analysts are essential members of our Scrum teams. From day one, you will learn alongside experienced professionals, making valuable contributions by thinking and acting like our end users. With a strong desire to learn, you will serve as the advocate for quality in your Scrum events and product development processes.

Recruitment Process
1. The Short List – We can’t wait to hear from you. Once you hit that submit button, we’ll be busy behind the scenes shortlisting candidates.
2. Screening call – We’ll arrange a 15‑minute call with you to discuss the role in a little more detail. This will be via Teams.
3. Assessment Day – Our Assessment Day is a great opportunity for you to gain deeper insight into our business, the role, and the team you could be joining. Throughout the day, you’ll take part in a variety of interactive exercises designed to reflect real aspects of the role. You’ll also meet members of our Test team and get a feel for our working environment and culture. As part of the day, you’ll have a short, informal interview with a member of our Tech team. The Assessment Day will take place at our office in Altrincham.
4. The results – You will be notified of the outcome shortly afterward. If you are unsuccessful, we will gladly provide you with feedback to help you in future interviews.
