Job Title: Complex Needs Teaching Assistant
Location: Chichester
Salary: £90 to £95 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a nurturing and inclusive school in Chichester. This is a rewarding role where you’ll help students with a range of complex needs thrive in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities of Complex Needs Teaching Assistant:
* Support students with a variety of complex needs including physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges.
* Deliver tailored one-on-one and small group interventions to promote engagement and progress.
* Assist in implementing personalised learning plans and behaviour strategies.
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
Requirements for Complex Needs Teaching Assistant:
* Previous experience supporting students with complex needs is essential.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic in challenging situations.
* A proactive and flexible approach to meeting individual student needs.
* Relevant qualifications or training in SEN or complex needs (desirable but not essential).
