This particular role will be leading a medium-sized Residential and Dementia care home. The home benefits from a committed staff team, a supportive senior management structure, and the full backing of a provider that believes in empowering managers to run their homes with autonomy and pride.
The incoming Home Manager will play a pivotal role in driving forward standards, embedding best practice, and ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care. The Candidate
We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader who can demonstrate the following:

Proven experience as a Home Manager within an elderly Residential/Dementia care setting.

A strong track record of achieving Good – Outstanding CQC outcomes, with a clear understanding of the regulatory framework.

Excellent leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and support a staff team in delivering first-class care.

Evidence of having successfully managed a care home, with responsibility for care standards, staffing, budgets, compliance, and occupancy.
*
A confident, positive, and approachable personality with strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
*
The drive, determination, and vision to create a culture of excellence and to inspire others to share in that ambition.

The Home is based within Nottingham and would be a suitable commute from Long Eaton, Borrowash, Beeston, Ruddington, Eastwood, Belper, Cotgrave, Melbourne, Orston, Newark, Grantham and Sleaford
