Day to day, you’ll be: Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs Handling enquiries by phone and email Supporting renewals, mid‑term adjustments, and general policy queries Working closely with colleagues to deliver a great customer experience This role is ideal if you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and learning something new every day. What we’re looking for You don’t need to know everything about insurance on day one — we’ll teach you. What matters most is your attitude and potential.
