ABOUT US
We are a well-established construction company with
a dedicated Homes Division, managing a portfolio of
around 40 privately-rented residential and commercial
properties. Our goal is to continue to provide local
residents with high quality rented homes and excellent
service, and we are looking for a proactive Property and
Tenant Coordinator to help us achieve that.
THE ROLE
As a Property and Tenant Coordinator, you'll be the
key link between our landlords, our tenants, and our
contractors. You'll ensure that our properties are safe,
compliant, and well looked after, while providing a
positive and responsive experience for our tenants.
From property inspections and compliance checks to
handling maintenance and tenancy queries, this is a
varied role where no two days are the same.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Managing tenant, landlord and agent relationships – onboarding, tenancy renewals and queries.
* Carrying out property inspections and ensuring compliance with housing regulations.
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors and service providers.
* Monitoring rental payments and proactively follow up with tenants on overdue payments.
* Keeping accurate property and tenant records.
* Providing reports/updates to the management team.
* Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance across our portfolio.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Experience in property management, lettings, or housing.
* Strong knowledge of residential compliance and landlord/tenant legislation.
* Excellent communication and people skills – able to build trust with tenants and contractors alike.
* Organised, proactive, able to juggle multiple priorities.
* Confident in Microsoft Office and able to learn online property management systems (training available).

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
