An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of an inspirational team as a Seasonal Events Assistant. This is a temporary role working from July to September during our Summer seasonal events.
The ideal candidates must be organized and focused, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Various shifts available, including weekends and weekdays during the Summer holidays.
Events Assistant responsibilities:
* Work as part of a team and independently
* Greet all customers attending the events and offer assistance
* Excellent time management skills
* Assist in setting up and clearing down events
* Communicate effectively, greeting customers with a smile to create a positive experience
* Occasionally dress as a character during Summer events (costume provided)
* Ensure compliance with Whitehall Garden Centres' H&S guidelines
