Job Title: Assistant Manager, Privileged Access Management Function: CISO Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract – 12 Months Salary: From £34200 (Non London) & £39400 (London) excellent benefits Location: Edinburgh or London - Hybrid Closing Date: 4 January 2026 How you’ll make a difference This role will work in the CISO Privileged Access Management Team to help implement privileged access management (PAM) controls which align to industry standards, NIST, key laws and regulations and address the risks which can impact strategic business objectives. The Privileged Access Management Assistant Manager will also influence TSB’s access management culture to drive continuous improvement and compliance to strive for a reduction in risk. You'll also work closely with project teams to deliver changes which reduce the bank’s access management risk. What you’ll bring Experience in supporting, implementing and configuring PAM tools. Experience in operating detective and preventative PAM controls. Ability to manage the PAM Team mailbox. Ability to maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders. Ability to support control testing and audit engagement, including the management of any findings.
