Job Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
3. Dealing with customer enquiries via phone or email
4. Checking back against documentation to solve the issues
5. Managing payments and tracking them on the system
6. Effective complaints handling
7. Updating the system to ensure it reflects transactions accurately
8. Manage refund requests and credit balances
9. Deal with Customer audit requests
10. Liaise with different departments to ensure a smooth and efficient outcome
11. Provide a range of financial statements where needed or requested
