Location: Preston, Lancashire/ Hybrid – Full time 5 days per week onsite for the first 6 months, thereafter at least 3 days working from site per week (Hybrid),
Hours of work: 37 to 40 hours per week Mon-Fri
About the Role
Control, Electrical & Instrument Design Engineer required for design modifications to existing plant and for design of new build facilities on a Nuclear Licenced Site.
Provision of CE&I engineering design to specified standards, regulations & design governance procedures. Designated work packages will be completed to appropriate standards of quality and safety whilst meeting programme targets. Packages of work will include the development of designs from concept through development to final production hand-over. This will involve the generation of equipment specifications, tender initiation and assessment, detail design (drawings & documentation), commissioning documentation and hand-over documentation.
