Driving a 3.5 tonne van to deliver groceries to our customers' doorsteps, on-time and in great condition.
Completing checks to ensure the van is organised, clean, and roadworthy, and that delivery cases are secure before getting out onto the road to drive safely in various locations and conditions.
Serving our customers brilliantly, supporting with questions and substitutions, and keeping them informed of any delays.
Building great knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations.
When not making deliveries, assisting across the store as needed.
Friendly and welcoming with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and providing the best doorstep experience.
Proficient in driving a large vehicle in different locations, from busy residential streets to narrow country lanes, and delivering to various residential properties.
Happy working in a fast-paced, physical, and high-energy environment, using initiative to solve problems—often independently but also thriving as part of a team.
Willing to work flexibly and productively to a high standard across the store when needed. Fully trained in various skills, with opportunities to learn, develop, and try new things.
Comfortable learning to use new digital tools and technology, and capable of moving shopping containers up to 15KG.

Eligibility:
* You must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points.
* You will complete an online driving risk assessment during your interview, and if successful, a driving assessment when you join.
* You must have the Right to Work in the UK.
