Summer Assistant required at Drumaheglis Holiday Park

Commencing 30th June - 31st August (9weeks)
Based on approx 37 hr per week, rota basis Monday - Sunday
MAIN DUTIES
1. Develop and maintain a working relationship with the caravanners in order to offer a quality service on the site, and an attractive holiday experience.
2. Perform daily cleaning & maintenance duties across the facility as designated.
3. Accept and record bookings on booking system, take relevant fee and issue receipts.
4. Record arrivals and departures on computerised booking system.
5. Ensure that Council's property is adequately safeguarded.
6. Ensure that no public health nuisance is caused.
7. Deal with any complaints, which may arise.
8. Any other duties relevant to the operation of a Holiday Park as requested by the Warden.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
Essential - at least 6 months experience of
9. Cleaning duties and minor grounds work.
10. Working in an office-based setting.
11. Administrative type work to include computer literacy.
12. Cash handling.
13. Experience of dealing with the public in a polite and effective manner as a representative of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council.
14. Effective communication skills.
15. Available on all dates specified, including weekends, Bank and Public Holidays.
16. Willing to work flexible hours which will be between 9am and 9pm on a rota basis.
Desirable:
17. Knowledge of on-line caravan booking and management systems.
18. Knowledge of fresh water marine services and facilities,
19. Full driving licence.
