What you'll do: This position is responsible for scheduling work orders for the designated value stream to support the Lakeside site's on time delivery and inventory Hi5 metrics and work order leading indicators. This includes the sequencing of the production schedule to maximize efficiencies in setup times and work order release, as well as creating the Master Production Schedule in line with capacity and customer demand. Balances current and future customer demand requirements with manufacturing and supplier capabilities/capacities to ensure completion of customer requirements on time and in full. Develops Master Production Schedule for use in Materials Requirement Planning system to generate requirements for manufactured and purchased parts while ensuring desired inventory levels are maintained Responsible for analyzing, achieving, and sustaining Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) rules related to master scheduling.
