Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager - Nights will oversee the end-to-end operations of the night shift. You will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring that all activities-from goods-in to order dispatch-are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of accuracy.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing, coaching, and developing the night shift team to achieve KPIs.
* Ensuring all warehouse processes adhere to health and safety standards.
* Monitoring workflow to optimise productivity and minimise errors.
* Implementing continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
* Coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth operational flow.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Profile
The ideal Warehouse Manager - Nights candidate will be an experienced warehouse leader with a track record of managing teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will be proactive, hands‑on, and able to drive performance through engagement and strong leadership.
You will bring:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within warehousing/logistics.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
* Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and best practices.
* Excellent problem‑solving, organisational, and communication skills.
* A flexible approach, with the ability to work night shifts and adapt to operational demands.
Job Offer

* Basic salary - GBP40k
