We are looking for a Step 3 Manager to join our leadership team within our NHS Talking Therapies Service. WithYou is a charity providing free, confidential support to people experiencing challenges with drugs, alcohol or mental health.

Main Duties
As a Step 3 Manager, you are responsible for supporting the development of Step 3 Talking Therapies services. You'll support individual staff in developing their performance in their clinical work, and provide safeguarding and quality assurance support.

Qualifications
* ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent, or a commitment to complete within 18 months
Experience
* Demonstrable experience in health, social care or criminal justice settings, and partnership with statutory and non‑statutory agencies. Experience within a Talking Therapies Service is advantageous but not essential.
* A successful track record of management responsibility and development of others.
* Understanding of issues faced by clients with common mental health difficulties.
* Ability to build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Resilience and the capacity to prioritise, work under pressure, and manage competing demands.
* Results‑driven, with strong analytical skills.
* Good written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively as a team player in a collaborative and supportive manner.
* Flexibility in working hours, including unsocial hours as required.
* Willingness and ability to visit other locations from time to time to deliver required services.
