Our community‑based support care workers provide care to our service users within their own homes to help them remain as independent as possible. Experience isn’t always necessary as we have a comprehensive training and induction course and shadow with you until you are ready.
Role of a Community Care Assistant
* Providing personal care including administering medication
* Supporting our service users with social activities
* Assisting with meal preparation
* Supporting with domestic tasks within their homes

We also offer flexibility within our roles to cater to each employee’s needs, whether that be to work around family time or other commitments. Employees have the option of contracts up to 40 hrs with salaries of £26,665.60 per annum depending on their availability.

Due to the nature of the role and being community based in and around Dorset you will need to have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as well as the right to work in the UK.
